Self-hosting with WordPress.org
Using a web server is typically referred to as web hosting,which is not usually free but is not expensive either. You can usually obtain a good web‐hosting service for anywhere from between £3 to £15 pounds a month depending on your needs.
There are a few prerequisites you will need from your hosting provider:
- Ideally a linux hosting platform

- PHP version 5.2.4 or higher
