Content posted on the threenine.co.uk website (the "Service") is subject to protection under the copyright laws of the United Kingdom and other applicable jurisdictions. This Copyright Policy outlines how we address allegations of copyright infringement on the Service.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Service, please notify our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our designated Copyright Agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement can be reached at hello@threenine.co.uk.

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notification of alleged copyright infringement, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and promptly notify the alleged infringer of your claim. We also will advise the alleged infringer of the counter-notification procedure described below by which the alleged infringer may respond to your claim and request that we restore the removed or disabled material.

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a complete and valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the person who submitted the original claim with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten business days. We will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it not less than ten, nor more than fourteen, business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original claim that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on the Service.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
